Benedict Van, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Benedict Van founded E-Capital in 1996 and serves as the company's Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer. Ben is a financial visionary with a specialty in corporate architecture and stakeholder protection. With over 21 years of experience in a vast spectrum of industries ranging from telecom, Internet, semi-conductors, biotech, alternative energies and medical instrumentation, he has strategically guided capital ventures and shaped them into thriving business developments. Each successful venture has presented Ben with another opportunity to bring his strong intuition and balanced approach to the new and changing world of business.

E-Capital, under Ben's steady guidance, has stood apart in the industry as an investment company which capitalizes upon new technological and information explosions without forgoing the rewards of traditional investment models. Ben's rare ability to embrace technologies with an uncanny confidence has also been responsible for the creation of Crownland Group of Companies, an international conglomerate that engaged in venture capital investments. Crownland invested successfully into Biocompatible, Inc. and Cardio Genesis. Most recently, he founded hereUare communications, where he is responsible for bringing to market the integration of communication technologies into one streamlined platform. Ben received his Doctorate of Business Administration from University of the Pacific.
